I believe that focused, professional touch - used with caution, sensitivity, and patience – can have profound results.  Massage can relieve some symptoms of aging, restore range-of-motion and balance, and improve your overall quality of life.  Massage may also reduce pain, relieve anxiety, provide comfort, and maintain a physical connection for the touch-deprived. And of course, sometimes a massage just feels good.

SAGE Massage serves the massage needs of older adults living in central New Mexico, their families and the caregivers who selflessly assist them.
