After traveling many diverse paths, I have rediscovered the simple, yet profound, experience of touch. I find its ability to ease the body, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit a delight and a new calling. I look forward to sharing my delight with you.
I am experienced and comfortable working with clients of all fitness levels. In addition to providing the best in relaxation massage, I draw upon many massage techniques - Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy, Neuromyofascial Remodeling, and Hydrotherapy - to help you achieve your more complex wellness goals.
I am a Registered Massage Therapy Instructor and am currently on the faculty of the Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage in Albuquerque where I teach Myofascial Release, Geriatric Massage and other courses.
