SAGE Massage Policies
SAGE Massage does not accept third-party reimbursements. Clients are responsible for payment at the time services are provided. Payments may be made in cash, check, credit card (any US-issued and most non-US issued credit, debit, pre-paid or gift card with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo) or SAGE Massage Gift Certificate.
Scheduled sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid being charged for a full session. This charge will be waived if the scheduled appointment time is rebooked. SAGE Massage reserves the right to require prepayment for sessions.
Clients have the right to modify or stop their treatment if anything makes them uncomfortable. The therapist will verbally check with clients periodically regarding pressure, comfort, etc.
If these concerns cannot be satisfied, you have the right to end the session at any time. In this unlikely event, you will not be charged for the session.
Although SAGE Massage strives to provide massage services to as many people as possible, without prejudice, I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone. This includes but is not limited to those persons requesting services outside of my expertise or scope of practice.
SAGE massage therapy is for strictly therapeutic purposes and is completely non-sexual. Any inappropriate language or behavior will terminate the massage session immediately and clients will be charged for the full session.
